I am interested to become a member. How do I register?
It’s simple, just select the Sign Up button or click here to register for a new account. Fill-up the details required in the registration form and wait for an email to activate your account. Please enter the correct email for us to send you the instructions on how to activate your account.
I did not receive the activation email after registering for an account.
Please check your spam folder for the activation email. If you still haven’t receive the activation email, you may contact us and we will resend the email with instructions to activate your account again.
I can’t remember my password. How do I reset the password?
You can reset the password by selecting on the “Forgot Password” link located in the sign-in page or just click here. The password reset only works if you have entered the correct email address used during the registration process.
How can I access all my account features?
Once you are logged in to your account, please click on the left menu panel and you will see menu options such as My Courses, My Resume and My Job Listings. For mobile users, these menu options are located under the main menu.
How do I change or update my profile information?
Please access the My Profile menu option. You can update your name and upload a profile photo for your account.
How do I change my email preferences and password?
Please access the My Settings menu option. You can select what type of emails to receive and also change your password.
I am interested in a course but it is not available on your platform.
We are constantly updating the number of courses that are available on our platform. If you are unable to find the course that you are interested in, please contact us and our team will get in touch with you.
What are the system requirements for using your platform?
You can access our platform using any devices such as PC, MAC, desktops, laptops as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. In fact, all you need is a browser application such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Please make sure you are using the latest version and you have a decent internet connection.
